目的探讨粉花月见草粗提物的抗菌活性,为天然消毒杀菌产品的开发利用提供科学依据。方法采用抑菌圈法和抑制菌丝生长速率法,研究了粉花月见草地上部分粗提物的石油醚相、氯仿相、乙酸乙酯相和水相4个极性部位对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、普通变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌5种细菌及可可葡萄座腔菌、尖孢镰刀菌、腐皮镰刀菌、多主棒孢霉和尖孢炭疽菌5种植物病原菌的抑制作用。结果对5种供试的细菌菌株,石油醚相和氯仿相均无作用;而乙酸乙酯相和水相均有不同程度的抑制作用,且其最低抑菌浓度(MIC值)分别为8,4,2,0.5,2,10,4,2,1,4 mg/ml;对5种植物病原真菌,各有机溶剂萃取物均具有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对可可葡萄座腔菌和多主棒孢霉,粉花月见草的乙酸乙酯相抑制作用最强,EC50为2.20和3.73mg/ml;对尖孢镰刀菌、腐皮镰刀菌和尖孢炭疽菌,粉花月见草的氯仿相抑制作用最强,EC50为5.33、0.9和9.19mg/mL。结论粉花月见草的抑细菌活性部位可能集中于乙酸乙酯相和水相,这两部分具有潜在的广谱抗细菌作用;粉花月见草的4个极性部位均含有抗真菌成分,具有潜在的广谱抗真菌作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibacterial activity of the crude extract of Fennel evening primrose, providing a scientific basis for the development and utilization of natural disinfection and sterilization products. Methods The antibacterial ring method and mycelial growth inhibition rate were used to study the effects of four polar fractions of petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and aqueous phases on the crude extracts of Ulva pertusa on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and five species of Bacteroides spp., Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium solani, Inhibition of plant pathogens. The results showed no effect on the five bacterial strains tested, the petroleum ether and chloroform phases, while the ethyl acetate phase and the aqueous phase all inhibited to some extent, and the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) were 8, 4, 2, 0.5, 2, 10, 4, 2, 1 and 4 mg / ml. The five kinds of plant pathogenic fungi and organic solvent extracts all had different degree of inhibition. Corynebacteriumsporum, Propionella maximaceae ethyl acetate phase strongest inhibitory effect, EC50 2.20 and 3.73mg / ml; Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium oxysporum and Acinetobacter auricula, The strongest inhibition of chloroform phase was EC50 of 5.33, 0.9 and 9.19 mg / mL. Conclusion The active sites of the inhibitory bacteria in the evening primrose may be concentrated in the ethyl acetate phase and the aqueous phase, both of which have potential broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. The four polar fractions of the evening primrose contains antifungal components , Has a potential broad-spectrum antifungal effect.
