甘肃河西地区是我国商品粮基地之一,玉米是粮食作物一重要品种,主要作为工业原料和饲料,但种植面积在甘肃分布很不平衡,河西、张掖、酒泉、武威种的较多,大都以带田形式为主,兰州地区(包括三县六区)农民种植很少,而在天水和其它地区也有少面积种植。1984——1985年我们在作培养基过程中,经灭菌后发现玉米作的培养基多次有污染现象,带着这个问题我们就以玉米作为材料将内部微生物分布作了一些初步
