大规模农民工城市化进程中,不仅涉及制度政策与社会管理问题,更涉及心理融合与心态变迁问题。本文在社会心态的内涵与核心维度基础上,从社会建构主义、不确定性规避和人本主义心理角度探析新生代农民工社会认知、社会公平感、社会信任感和社会认同感以及自我效能感与其社会心态相互作用的内在机制。并指出加强对新生代农民工社会心态的重视、为其提供心理服务、促进其与当地居民的心理融合是新生代农民工积极社会心态培育的重要途径。
In the process of urbanization of large-scale rural migrant workers, it involves not only institutional policies and social management issues, but also psychological integration and psychological changes. Based on the connotation and core dimensions of social mentality, this paper analyzes the social cognition, social fairness, social trust, social identity and self-efficacy of the new generation of migrant workers from the perspectives of social constructivism, uncertainty avoidance and humanistic psychology. The Internal Mechanism of the Interaction between Sense and Social Psychology. And points out that strengthening the emphasis on the social mentality of the new generation of migrant workers, providing psychological services to them and promoting their psychological integration with local residents are important ways for the new generation of migrant workers to cultivate a positive social mentality.
