目的:探讨美蓝为示踪剂行乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检的准确性及临床意义。方法:对55例乳腺癌患者使用美蓝在其乳晕及肿瘤周围皮肤注射,(5~15)min后进行术中定位及活检术。结果:55例患者(53/55)找到前哨淋巴结,成功率96.3%,假阴性率为5.9%,准确率为96.2%。所有患者未出现过敏反应。结论:美蓝法可以较准确地用于前哨淋巴结定位及活检。 Objective: To investigate the accuracy and clinical significance of methylene blue as a tracer in sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer. Methods: Fifty-five breast cancer patients were treated with methylene blue by intramuscular injection and biopsy at 5 ~ 15 min after their areola and peri-tumor skin. Results: Sentinel lymph nodes were found in 55 patients (53/55), the success rate was 96.3%, the false negative rate was 5.9% and the accuracy rate was 96.2%. No allergic reaction occurred in all patients. Conclusion: The methylene blue method can be used for the localization and biopsy of sentinel lymph node more accurately.
