针对某核反应堆工艺管断裂破坏的原因,进行了堆内动态应力振动形态测试.介绍了堆内应变计的粘贴与防护问题.测试结果表明,工艺管各截面应力随管位和流量的改变而变化.根据同一截面应力与位移的对比关系可推知,动态位移很大,运动轨迹为弓形回旋运动,致使工艺管产生很大的动态变形.这是导致工艺管破坏的主要原因.
Aiming at the failure reason of a process tube of a nuclear reactor, dynamic stress and vibration test of the reactor was carried out, and the sticking and protection of strain gauge in the reactor was introduced.The test results show that the stress in each section of the process tube changes with the change of tube position and flow rate According to the contrast of the stress and displacement in the same section, it can be deduced that the dynamic displacement is large and the motion path is arcuate gyration, resulting in great dynamic deformation of the process tube, which is the main reason for the destruction of the process tube.
