[目的 ]了解福建省农村儿童体格发育 Z评分现状 ,为今后的工作提供依据。 [方法 ]随机抽取上杭、屏南两县 0～ 5岁儿童 10 0 6名 ,对其测量身高、体重 ,以 WHO推荐标准值计算 Z评分值。 [结果 ]两县儿童身高 /年龄 Z评分、体重 /年龄 Z评分和体重 /身高 Z评分均值均为负值 ;三种 Z评分值在 6个月前高于或接近 0 ,1周岁后均为负值 ;发育迟缓和体重不足儿童比例较高 ,超重和超胖儿童比例较低。 [结论 ]我省两县农村儿童身高体重距 WHO推荐标准尚有较大的差距 [Objective] To understand the status quo of children’s physical development Z score in rural areas in Fujian Province and provide evidence for future work. [Methods] One hundred and sixty children aged 0 ~ 5 years from Shanghang and Pingnan counties were randomly selected and their height and weight were measured. Z scores were calculated according to the WHO recommended standard values. [Results] The children’s height / age Z score, weight / age Z score and weight / height Z score were negative in both counties. The three Z scores were higher or closer to 0 6 months ago than those after 1 year old Negative; children with stunting and underweight had a higher proportion of children, and a lower proportion of overweight and overweight children. [Conclusion] The height and weight of rural children in two counties in our province are far from the recommended standards of WHO
