目的了解体育教学活动对藏族大学生主观幸福感获得水平的影响,为教师合理组织藏族大学生体育活动提供参考。方法采用教学实验的方法,在甘肃民族师范学院文理共3个专业的大一、大二年级选取体育成绩大体相当的240名藏族大学生作为测试对象,进行为期12周的体育干预,用“国际大学生量表”进行干预前后测试,对测试结果进行统计学分析。结果经过体育活动干预后,实验组被试在总体主观幸福感(t=7.73,P<0.01)、生活满意度(t=18.28,P<0.01)、积极情感(t=9.77,P<0.01)、消极情感(t=13.39,P<0.01)和总分(t=18.26,P<0.01)上显著高于对照组。性别是藏族大学生在体育活动中主观幸福感获得水平的重要影响因素。藏族大学生比较熟悉的体育活动动作内容并且难度达到中等时,能最大程度促进其主观幸福感的获得。结论体育干预训练对于藏族大学生主观幸福感的变化是有积极影响的。
Objective To understand the impact of physical education activities on the attainment of Tibetan college students ’subjective well-being and to provide reference for teachers to organize Tibetan college students’ sports activities reasonably. Methods A total of 240 Tibetan college students with similar physical education scores were chosen as the test subjects in the freshmen and sophomores of Arts and Sciences in Gansu Institute of Nationalities for a period of 12 weeks. Results After the intervention of physical activity, the subjects in the experimental group had significant differences in overall subjective well-being (t = 7.73, P <0.01), life satisfaction (t = 18.28, P <0.01) , Negative emotion (t = 13.39, P <0.01) and total score (t = 18.26, P <0.01). Gender is an important factor influencing Tibetan college students’ attainment of subjective well-being in sports activities. Tibetan college students are more familiar with the content of sports activities and moderate difficulty, to maximize the promotion of their subjective well-being to obtain. Conclusion Physical training intervention has a positive effect on the change of subjective well-being of Tibetan college students.
