“作为企业的负责人,要坚持为人民服务的宗旨,全心全意依靠主人翁——企业的职工办企业。”’这是去年“五一”期间荣获“四川省依靠职工办企业好厂长”称号的嘉纺集团南充棉纺织厂厂长蔡勇发自内心的感慨。南棉厂是一个拥有5500多名职工的劳动密集型企业,人的因素是决定企业兴衰的关键。蔡勇注意到了这一点,把充分调动人的积极因素,全心全意依靠职工办企业作为治厂兴企的重要策略。
