当前,学生在思想品德修养方面存在着多种多样的问题,究其根源,不外乎以下方面,即:家庭情况和背景;社会风气与导向、教师素质及教育方法等。笔者认为,德育工作必须适应形势发展的要求,进一步加强和改善学校德育工作,抓住有利时机,巩固已有成果,加强薄弱环节,积极探索新形势下道德建设的特点和规律,在内容、形式、方法、手段、机制等方面努力改进和创新,把德育工作提高到一个新的水平。
At present, there are many kinds of problems that students face in their ideological and moral cultivation. The root causes of the problems are: the family situation and background; the social atmosphere and orientation, the quality of teachers and the methods of education. The author believes that moral education must adapt to the requirements of the development of the situation, further strengthen and improve moral education in schools, seize favorable opportunities, consolidate existing achievements, strengthen weak links and actively explore the characteristics and laws of moral construction under the new situation. In content and form , Methods, means and mechanisms to improve and innovate the moral education work to a new level.
