目的:探讨直接数字化X线摄影双能量减影技术对口咽部至主支气管呼吸道病变的诊断价值。方法:对30例临床高度怀疑有气道异物病变的患者行DR双能量减影技术检查,同时进行常规DR检查并对比分析。结果:DR双能量减影技术对气道病变影像阳性率显示明显优于常规DR检查。结论:DR双能量减影成像质量和图像所含信息量是普通单一X线成像所无法比拟的,大大的提高了对呼吸气道病变的检出率。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of direct digital radiography with dual energy subtraction in the diagnosis of oropharyngeal to main bronchial respiratory disease. Methods: Thirty patients with highly suspected clinical airway foreign body lesions underwent DR dual - energy subtraction technique and routine DR examination and comparative analysis. Results: The double-energy subtraction technique of DR showed the positive rate of airway lesions was significantly better than the conventional DR examination. CONCLUSION: The quality of DR dual-energy subtraction imaging and the amount of information contained in the image are unmatched by ordinary single X-ray imaging, greatly improving the detection rate of respiratory airway disease.
