回顾2016年,是招商蛇口建筑产业化启航之年。经过一年多“请进来走出去”全面调研,确定了适合招商蛇口的CMSK技术体系,并先后在深圳、上海、北京、珠海等城市试点实践。一路走来,不断积淀,不断思考,在继续前行之时,不忘建筑产业化实践之初心——以装配式方式营造“高质量、高性能、长寿命”的新建筑。实践之路,留下了六个重要里程碑。1、建筑产业化研究与应用所成立
