上海电动工具研究所采用单片微机技术对传统的真空测量仪器进行仪器智能化设计,研制了ZR系列真空测量仪和ZVT系列真空度-温度测量记录仪。这两个系列真空度测量范围为101kPa~10(-6)Pa,温度测量范围为-50~300℃。它们充分利用单片微机强大的分析计算、逻辑判断功能,突破传统仪器设计思想的束缚,着重在功能适用性、操作使用方便性及长期:工作可靠性等方面很下功夫,并取得了明显的成效。 (1)以软件代替硬件,完成热偶真空测量仪非线性曲线的线性化。热偶真空测量仪这类热传导真
