近年在应用钢模板施工中,我们经常遇到一些使用定型的梁柱卡具无法支设的异型构件,有时不得不采用在钢模中加拼木条,钻孔设拉结螺栓的方法施工。但采用这种方法。施工速度慢,工程质量也很难控制。为解决上述问题,我们在参考国外有关资料的基础上,经过反复试验和改进,形成了一套应用钢拉板条支模的方法。该方法是在两片钢摸板间,利用纵向拼按缝,将拉板条用U形卡扣固定在模板缝中,起到内部拉结和准确控制模板间距的作用(图1)。
In the application of steel formwork construction in recent years, we often encountered some special-shaped components that could not be supported by the fixed beam-column fixtures. Sometimes we had to use the method of constructing the wood molds in the steel molds and drilling the bolts. But use this method. The construction speed is slow and the project quality is also difficult to control. In order to solve the above problems, based on the relevant foreign data, we have repeatedly tried and improved to form a set of methods for applying steel slats. The method is to use a vertical split seam between two steel pallets to fix the pull strips with U-shaped snaps in the seams of the die plate to play the role of internal pull knots and accurate control of the template spacing (Fig. 1).
