无论在中国还是全世界,现代建筑的设计不断加强以“用家”或“居住者”为本的概念。除了结构形态,建筑的功能性也逐渐成为建筑师和策划人员的重要考虑因素。“智能建筑”是照明、安全防护、温度控制和通风等控制系统的高度一体化,实现了建筑与科技的完美结合。实际上,甲级智能楼宇在世界各地越见普及。这些智能建筑设计所提供的节能和环保方案,均被建筑业界视为主要发展的原动力。
Whether in China or in the world, the design of modern architecture continues to strengthen the concept of “users” or “inhabitants”.
