目的建立用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定螺旋藻中肌醇的含量。方法直接用浓硫酸醋酸酐溶液将肌醇转化为六乙酸肌醇,用质谱法定性,提取离子法定量。结果该方法在10 ̄500μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9912;加标平均回收率为98.12%。结论此方法检测准确、快速、干扰少,还适用于其他多种类型食品及天然产物中肌醇的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of inositol content in Spirulina by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods Inositol was directly converted into inositol hexaacetate by concentrated sulfuric acid and acetic anhydride solution, qualitatively determined by mass spectrometry, and extracted by ion chromatography. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 10 ~ 500μg / ml, r = 0.9912. The average recovery was 98.12%. Conclusion This method is accurate, rapid and less interference. It is also suitable for the detection of inositol in many other types of foods and natural products.
