目的 :探讨高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法 :用FEP BY0 1型高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机临床治疗原发性肝癌 38例 ,分析其治疗方法和疗效。结果 :38例中 ,有效 2 4例 (6 3 2 % ) ,无效 14例 (36 8% ) ;并发症极少。结论 :HIFU是一种对原发性肝癌有效、安全可行的辅助治疗新手段
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on primary liver cancer. Methods: Thirty - eight cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with FEP BY0 type 1 high intensity focused ultrasound tumor therapy machine. The treatment and efficacy were analyzed. Results: Of the 38 cases, 24 (62.3%) were effective and 14 (36.8%) were ineffective; the complications were rare. Conclusion: HIFU is an effective and safe new adjuvant therapy for primary liver cancer
