本文探讨元认知和提高自主学习能力的关系,指出在对学生进行元认知策略培训前,先对学习者进行元认知意识培训是提高学习者自主学习能力的前提。
This paper explores the relationship between metacognition and self-directed learning, and points out that training metacognitive awareness of learners before training metacognitive strategies is a prerequisite to improve learners’ autonomous learning ability.
