1989年度我校共取得科研成果85项,其中理论评审5项,验收、鉴定及通信评审80项。达到国际首创1项,国际先进水平12项,国际水平11项,国内首创28项,国内先进33项。环境工程学院陈翼孙、胡斌完成的“气浮净水新工艺”课题是环境保护领域里的一种新的水处理技术,其原理是设法在水中通入无数微气泡,用它去粘附在水中的杂质颗粒上,使其比重小于水,被迅速上浮到水面,达到固液分离净化水的目的。从1975年开始,陈翼孙等着手进行这一新技术的研究,历时十多年,取得了十多项成果,获得了近十项科技奖励,并获实用新型专刊、发明专利各一项。在1984年由城乡建设环保部主持召开的“全国气浮净水技术讨论会”上,100余位代表高度评价了这一研究,并对该课题“经过近十年的不懈努力,
