符合在职成人学习特点是开放大学课程建设的出发点和归宿,亦是评价课程质量的核心指标。因此,开放大学课程建设质量高低直接体现为其符合学习者的学习目标或需求的程度。首先,开放大学课程能使学习者“学有所用”——学习内容对学习者有切实的帮助;其次能做到“学有可得”——学习材料是学习者能够理解和方便获得的;再次,能够让学习者“学有所促”——通过精心设计的学习活动,实现学习者与学习材料的互动,从而对学习者的学习给予必要的反馈与督促。以此来实现我国成人继续教育教学内容朝针对性和适应性方向的变革。
