在一些微型或小型压缩机上,仍多采用装配式横翅片管作冷却器的散热管。它是在光管上套许多单独的翅片,再浸锡固定,或用带材绕在管子的螺旋槽内,通过挤压,使翅片与管子紧固,以保证翅片与管体有较好的接触。这二种方法工艺上比较烦琐,生产效率不高;又由于翅片与管子是异体金属相接合,或接合不够紧密,或翅片与管子材质上的差异,在接合处存在热阻,致使散热效果受到影响。 我们在小型喷油滑片式空压机上,采用如图1所示的铝质滚压翅片管。几年来的使用实践证明效果比前二种横翅片管好,工艺简单,成本比铜质翅片管低,值得推广应用。下面就铝质滚压翅片管的使用优点以及轧制、连接方法,作简要介绍。
