随着我国经济的快速发展,国家综合实力的增强,人民生活水平的不断提高,各方面对交通的要求越来越高,对交通的依赖程度越来越大。尤其是在公路方面需求更是急剧增加,迫使原有公路被拓宽,在原有车道的基础之上修建新的车道,对我国的政治和经济建设有着重要的意义。而在公路项目顺利进行的同时,制度因素在其中起到了很大的作用,对公路经济的增长有着深远的影响。在我国,交通新政策和相关的新制度不断出台,有力地促进了我国公路交通的发展和建设。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the comprehensive national strength has been enhanced and the living standard of the people has been continuously improved. All aspects of the demand for transportation are getting higher and higher, and their dependence on transportation is getting bigger and bigger. In particular, the demand for roads is drastically increased, forcing the existing roads to be broadened.
