胰腺星形细胞(pancreatic stellate cells,PSC)是一种与肝星状细胞结构和功能相似的细胞,在慢性胰腺炎及胰腺癌胰腺纤维化的过程起重要作用。本文就PSC的特性及其在胰腺炎症以及肿瘤中的作用、PSC的激活及其相关调控和靶向治疗作一综述。
Pancreatic stellate cells (PSC), a cell with similar structure and function to hepatic stellate cells, play an important role in the process of pancreatic fibrosis in chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer. This article reviews the characteristics of PSC and its role in pancreatitis and tumor, the activation of PSC and related regulation and targeted therapy.
