报告了16例带膜支架治疗食道癌术后吻合口瘘的应用和护理.通过胃镜引导和X线透视下对食管癌术后胸内吻合口瘘安放带膜支架,获得良好治疗效果.16例中12例一次安放成功,4例经2次调整支架位置,1例安放2个支架.3例死亡,13例存活.
