利用微生物诱导形成的碳酸钙沉淀来修复混凝土裂缝的技术得到了科研工作者广泛关注。该技术是预先在新拌混凝土中添加特殊微生物和合适的底物。一旦混凝土表面出现裂缝,混凝土中的微生物便与底物在裂缝处发生反应形成碳酸钙沉淀,所生成的碳酸钙沉淀可以填充或者修复裂缝。阐述了混凝土中不同细菌种类下的裂缝自修复机理、影响裂缝自修复效果的因素、表征自修复效果的方法以及基于微生物技术修复混凝土裂缝后的性能。
The use of microbial-induced calcium carbonate precipitation to repair the cracks in concrete technology has attracted the attention of researchers. The technology is to add special microorganisms and suitable substrates to fresh concrete in advance. Once the concrete surface cracks, the concrete in the micro-organisms react with the substrate at the crack to form calcium carbonate precipitation, the resulting calcium carbonate precipitation can fill or repair cracks. The mechanism of self-repair of cracks under different bacterial species in concrete, the factors that affect the self-healing effect of cracks, the methods to characterize the self-healing effect and the performance of the concrete based on microbial technology are described.
