柔韧素质是人类身体运动的重要因素,是瑜伽教学中不可缺少的一项身体素质。文章通过对柔韧素质在瑜伽教学中重要性的分析,建议高校瑜伽教学重视柔韧素质的练习,以此提高瑜伽教学的质量,增强学生学习的主动性,延续学生的兴趣,为终身体育奠定坚实的基础,从而推动高校瑜伽教学的快速发展。
Flexibility is an important factor in human body movement and an indispensable physical quality in yoga teaching.
