本文从加热过程分析,导出连续加热炉动态数学模型,用加热炉中的可测变量来估计炉内钢坯的温度分布,把铜坯出炉温度与设定值优化控制联系起来,并给出最佳炉温设定值的计算.
In this paper, the dynamic mathematical model of continuous heating furnace is derived from the analysis of the heating process. The temperature distribution of the furnace billet is estimated by using the measurable variables in the heating furnace. The optimal control of the temperature of the copper billet and the setting value is given. Calculation of oven temperature setting.
