采用气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定水质中的苦味酸,次氯酸将水质中的苦味酸衍生化成氯化苦,选择正己烷作为萃取溶剂。方法在1μg/L~100μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.001 mg/L;加标浓度为5μg/L时,加标回收率为95.5%~100.4%,相对标准偏差为2.0%。
Gas chromatographic electron capture detector was used to determine picric acid in water. Hypochlorous acid was used to derivatize picric acid from water to chloropicrin, and n-hexane was selected as the extraction solvent. The method was linear in the range of 1μg / L to 100μg / L with the detection limit of 0.001 mg / L. The spiked recoveries ranged from 95.5% to 100.4% at a spiked concentration of 5μg / L with a relative standard deviation of 2.0%.
