炼铁作业部3#高炉引进德国TMT公司的炉前三大机系统,应用此系统标志着炼铁自动化技术实现了一个新的突破。此系统通过使用编码器对设备位置进行精确检测,实现了开口机、泥炮行走自动调速,自动润滑,开口深度自动计算等功能。通过采用无线遥控控制系统实现了对泥炮机和开口机进行近距离操作。克服了原有高炉炉前设备自动化程度低,连锁保护差,无行走自动调速控制等弊端。此控制系统具有可靠,安全,易于操作等特点,满足了现代高炉不断强化的生产要求。但由于其工艺复杂、要求严格、安全系数高、连锁关系繁多、控制设备及网络复杂、自动化程度高,是一项较难消化吸收与应用的科研项目。在近几年的使用过程中出现过许多前所未有的问题,我们在处理故障过程中逐渐地掌握TMT自动控制系统,并对此系统的遥控器控制、电气回路以及控制程序都做了不同程度的改进和优化,有效地降低了设备的故障率,缩短了处理故障的时间,延长了设备的使用周期,从而保证了高炉生产的顺稳运行。
