《起搏与心脏》从1987年创刊至今已出版20期,对我国心脏病学的发展和交流起了很大的推动作用,深受广大读者的欢迎。因此。笔者通过对该刊近4年(共16期)的引文的分析,探寻与心血管内容有关的期刊杂志的离散、集聚等规律,以找出主要与心脏起搏、电生理有关的核心医学杂志,供读者、作者阅读、学习时参考。一、引文概貌《起搏与心脏》从1988年～1991年这四年中,共发表各类文章468篇,其中有引文文章238篇,引文文献276种,引文共2062条,平均每篇引文8.66(2～30)条。引文来源及文种见表1。
Pacing and Heart has been published 20 times since 1987 and has greatly promoted the development and exchange of cardiology in our country and has been well received by readers. therefore. By analyzing the citations of the journal in the past 4 years (16 issues), the author explores the rules of discreteness and agglomeration of periodicals and magazines related to cardiovascular contents so as to find out the core medical journals that are mainly related to cardiac pacing and electrophysiology For readers, the author reading, learning reference. Overview of Citation Pace and Heart During the four years from 1988 to 1991, a total of 468 articles of various kinds were published, including 238 citation articles, 276 citation articles and 2062 citation articles, with an average of each citation 8.66 (2 ~ 30).
