赤峰热电厂#4~#6炉(均为BG-130/3.9-M4型)因制粉系统存在诸多问题,长期达不到满负荷运行。本文针对制粉系统存在的问题进行了较为详细的分析和论述,经充分论证后,对#4~#6炉制粉系统进行了综合改造。改造后热态调整试验表明,基本消除了原制粉系统存在的问题,在燃用现煤种、不投油状态下,锅炉能够在满负荷下运行,达到了预期改造的目的。
Chifeng Thermal Power Plant # 4 ~ # 6 furnace (both BG-130 / 3.9-M4 type) due to the milling system has many problems, long-term reach less than full load operation. In this paper, the problems existing in the milling system are analyzed and discussed in detail. After fully demonstrated, the milling system of # 4 ~ # 6 furnace has been comprehensively transformed. The thermal adjustment test after the reconstruction shows that the problems existing in the original pulverizing system are basically eliminated, and the boiler can be operated under full load when the existing coal is burned and the oil is not used. This achieves the purpose of retrofitting.
