近年来,我们积极探索现代企业制度新形势下思想政治工作的新路,使企业党组织在改革转制中获得新的生机和活力。目前,已初步构建以资产增值为核心,以投资多元为途径,以产权逐步明晰的母子公司为主体的企业经济体制新框架。1996年在纺织行业经济效益普遍不佳的情况下,仍取得了较好的经济效益。企业党组织也在转制和深层次改革的实践中,获得了有益的启示。
In recent years, we have actively explored the new road of ideological and political work under the new situation of the modern enterprise system, and have enabled the party organizations of enterprises to gain new vitality and vitality in the process of reform and restructuring.
