本文研究了钛存在下直接测定硅。试验结果表明:钛以氢氧化钛或偏钛酸沉淀分离时硅有损失,致使结果偏低。而钛在硫酸介质中以可溶性硫酸盐形式存在,对硅的测定无影响。为此,在0.3~0.4N硫酸酸性溶液中,加入过量的钼酸铵直接进行硅的显色测定。试验还发现,当碳酸钠量超过100毫克(44毫克钠)时,硅钼蓝的吸光度偏低,随着硅量增加,吸光度降低更为显著。本法采用在绘制工作曲线时,加入与试样溶液相同量的钠盐作基底以消除其影响。取得满意的效果。
This paper studies the direct determination of silicon in the presence of titanium. The experimental results show that when the titanium is precipitated by titanium hydroxide or metatitanic acid, the silicon is lost and the result is low. Titanium, however, exists as a soluble sulfate in the sulfuric acid medium and has no effect on the determination of silicon. To this end, 0.3 ~ 0.4N sulfuric acid in acidic solution, adding excess ammonium molybdate direct color determination of silicon. The test also found that when the amount of sodium carbonate exceeds 100 mg (44 mg sodium), the absorbance of silicon molybdenum blue is low, with the increase of silicon content, the decrease of absorbance is more significant. This method used in drawing the working curve, adding the same amount of sodium salt as the sample solution to eliminate its effect. Achieve satisfactory results.
