设计三因素四水平正交试验,以烧结样品的孔隙率和体积密度作为考查指标,优选激光烧结工艺参数。结果得到了一组较为合理的工艺参数:激光功率17.5A、扫描速度350 mm/s、扫描间隔60μm。对实验结果分析表明:各种烧结工艺参数对激光烧结样品性能的影响主要体现在激光烧结温度和烧结时间这两个方面。烧结温度和烧结时间共同决定着激光烧结的过程。
Three-factor and four-level orthogonal experiment was designed. Porosity and bulk density of the sintered samples were taken as the index of investigation, the laser sintering process parameters were optimized. The results obtained a more reasonable process parameters: laser power 17.5A, scanning speed 350 mm / s, scanning interval 60μm. The experimental results show that: various sintering process parameters on the performance of laser sintering samples mainly reflected in the laser sintering temperature and sintering time in these two aspects. Sintering temperature and sintering time together determine the laser sintering process.
