根据曲柄连杆压力机工艺要求和伺服电机控制的原理,研制开发了1600kN多连杆伺服压力机,取消了机械飞轮和离合器,实现了伺服压力机的柔性化和智能化控制。编写了控制系统软件程序及监控画面多个操作界面,介绍了该压力机的传动系统方案和交流伺服驱动控制系统组成,建立了六连杆数学模型。计算结果表明,六连杆有明显增力放大作用,有利于伺服压力机进一步优化机械结构以及降低成本。
According to the technical requirements of crankshaft connecting rod press and the principle of servo motor control, a 1600kN multi-link servo press has been developed, the mechanical flywheel and clutch have been canceled, and the servo press’s flexibility and intelligent control have been realized. The control system software program and many operation screens of the monitoring screen are compiled. The transmission system scheme and the AC servo drive control system of the press are introduced. The six-link mathematical model is established. The calculation results show that the six-link has a significant force amplification effect, which is beneficial to the servo press to further optimize the mechanical structure and reduce the cost.
