通过 2 -羟基 - 3-甲基 - 3-丁烯腈与不同的取代异氰酸苯酯发生加成环化反应 ,进一步酰化或水解 ,合成了 6个具有 N-芳基唑烷酮结构的化合物。其结构经过元素分析、质谱、核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱确认。初步生物活性测试表明 ,其中大部分化合物具有较高的除草活性
By addition - cyclization reaction of 2 - hydroxy - 3 - methyl - 3 - butenenitrile with different substituted phenyl isocyanates and further acylation or hydrolysis, six compounds with N - aryl - Structure of the compound. Its structure was confirmed by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy. Preliminary bioassay tests showed that most of them showed high herbicidal activity
