犯罪心理测试技术是检测被测人记忆中是否存在与案件相关的信息的一门刑事科学技术,在司法领域已经广泛应用并发挥了非常重要的作用。测前谈话是在正式开始测试之前,测试人与被测试人进行的一次十分重要的调查性心理面谈。本文综合以往文献,结合测试经验,论述了犯罪记忆检测中测前谈话的重要作用和意义,并详细阐述了犯罪记忆检测中测前谈话的具体过程和内容。
Criminal psychology test technology is a criminal science and technology that detects whether there is case-related information in the memory of the tested person and has been widely used and played a very important role in the judicial field. Pre-test conversations are a very important investigative interview conducted by testers and testers prior to the formal start of the test. Based on the previous literature, combined with the testing experience, this article discusses the important role and significance of pre-test conversation in criminal memory testing and elaborates on the specific process and content of pre-test conversation in criminal memory testing.
