进入到信息时代,知识更新换代速度的加快,对大学图书馆的服务内容和服务质量提出了更高的要求。随着文献信息数量的增多,以及数字化信息体系的建立,读者不仅需要及时获得专业的信息内容,还需要通过个性化的服务来提升阅读体验。针对此,许多高校开始了在图书馆建立“学科馆员”制度,并通过对学科馆员素质的定位和提升来优化图书馆功能。本文从“学科馆员”制度的内涵出发,结合“学科馆员”的工作职责,对该制度的建设与完善进行探索。
Into the information age, the speed of knowledge upgrading, the library service content and service quality put forward higher requirements. With the increase of the amount of literature and information and the establishment of digital information system, readers not only need timely access to professional information content, but also need to improve their reading experience through personalized service. In view of this, many colleges and universities have begun to set up a system of “subject librarians” in libraries and optimize the functions of libraries through the positioning and promotion of the quality of subject librarians. Based on the connotation of “subject librarian” system and the job responsibility of “subject librarian”, this article explores the construction and improvement of the system.
