乳清酸是近几年来应用于临床治疗肝脏疾病的药品,其原料及片剂含量測定方法曾采用碱量法,氮量法,微生物法。Banchi,等报导其制剂可經活性炭吸附后,洗下用分光光度法測定。由于乳清酸在水中溶解度甚小,在制备注射剂时,一般都加入碱性物貭助溶。根据天津市产品处方,系加入适量二乙醇胺,因而影响碱量法及定氮法测定。本文目的在于探求适合于乳清酸注射液含量測定的方法。試驗中发现乳清酸与三氯化鉄溶液能生成明显而稳定的黃紅色溶液,可以利用作为乳清酸比色测定。测定方法簡单,結果尚称
