含白云石75%,二氧化硅20%和辉铜矿5%的混合物,调成每升20克(含Cu_2S 9%)的悬浮液,添加10~(-3)摩尔的NaPO_3作为分散剂和1%的丙烯酰胺聚合物为絮凝剂,在10转/分条件下搅拌5分钟。从悬浮液中分离沉淀物,用钾黄药作为捕收剂浮游。获得含cu_2S为27%的同精矿。结果表明,选择性絮凝作为浮选之前矿石初步富集是有益的。
A mixture containing 75% of dolomite, 20% of silica and 5% of chalcocide was transferred to a suspension of 20 g (Cu 2 S 9%) per liter and 10 to 3 moles of NaPO 3 as a dispersant A 1% acrylamide polymer was flocculant and was stirred for 5 minutes at 10 rpm. The precipitate was isolated from the suspension and floated with potassium xanthate as the collector. Get 27% concentrate with cu_2S. The results show that selective flocculation is beneficial as an initial enrichment of ore before flotation.
