社区健康服务是以一定的社区、社区内一定人群为范围,以提高人群健康水平为目标,对社区人群实行预防、医疗、保健、康复、健康教育、卫生咨询、家庭病房综合一体服务,使他们在身体上、心理上、时间上、经济上都得到满意的卫生服务。 社区健康服务的特点是综合性、连续性、全面性、就近性、及时性、密切性。医生是社区居民的家庭医生,医生亦把居民看成自己的亲友,形成良好的人际关系。
