从党的十一届三中全会以来,我国学术界一直在进行对现代化问题的研究。这里,仅就近几年的研究情况作一综述。 一、关于现代化之进程 学术界不少人强调,现代化在今天已经成为世界上各个国家和民族共同为之努力的目标,这是一种全人类的共同事业,因此,只有把现代化看作是一种全球化进程,才能从整个人类文明演变的意义上把握这场人类历史上伟大社会变革的实质,才能将中国的现代化置于这个过程的总坐标之中,来分析它的时空地位、特征和特殊的制约条件。 北京大学孙立平把全球性现代化进程分为以下四个阶段:
