长江上游水土保持委员会第三次会议于1990年10月25日至27日在北京召开。张皓若主任委员和钮茂生副主任委员主持了会议,除三位委员因故派代表参加外,其他委员均出席了会议。参加会议的还有国务院有关部委负责同志、各省水利(水电、水保)厅长和水保办主任(水保局长)以及新闻单位的同志,共40多人。
The third meeting of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River Soil and Water Conservation Commission was held in Beijing from October 25 to 27, 1990. Zhang Hao and chairman Niu Maosheng, vice chairman chaired the meeting, with the exception of three members sent representatives to participate in the accident, the other members attended the meeting. Also attending the meeting were responsible comrades of the relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council, water conservancy (hydropower and water conservancy) governors of all provinces and heads of water conservancy (water conservancy bureau chiefs), and comrades of news units totaling more than 40 people.
