从1956年兴办一直坚持到今天,湖北省武穴市农村合作医疗走过了47年的风雨历程。47年来,无论社会如何变革,武穴市历届县市委、政府始终围绕让农民群众“看得起病”这个主题,坚持办好农村合作医疗,走出了一条符合农村实际的医疗保障路子,得到了上级党委、政府及主管部门乃至世界卫生组织的重视和关注。到2002年,全市农村合作医疗保健制度以行政村为单位,覆盖率达100％,享受合作医疗保健制度的人口占农村总人口的90％探究他们的足迹,对我们应该有所启迪。 Since its establishment in 1956, it has been persisting to the present day that rural cooperative medical care in Wuxue City, Hubei Province has gone through 47 years of turmoil. Forty-seven years, no matter how the society changes, the successive county, municipal, and municipal governments of Wuxue City have always focused on the theme of “cultivating the disease” for peasants, persisted in running rural cooperative medical care, and emerged a medical insurance path that meets the needs of rural areas. The attention of the higher Party committee, the government, the competent authorities, and even the World Health Organization pays attention. By 2002, the city’s rural cooperative medical care system was based on administrative villages and the coverage rate was 100%.
