我院1992年～1995年共收治口服有机磷农药中毒78例,经积极抢救,取得满意疗效,现将洗胃体会总结如下。1 一律洗胃对所有口服有机磷农药中毒的患者均立即洗胃,即使中毒后就诊较晚者仍应洗胃。作者发现中毒后46小时的患者洗胃液中仍可嗅到有机磷气味。因口服中毒者,由于消化道的保护性反应,胃内容物排空时间延长,并可刺激胃与十二指肠的逆蠕动增强,同时经胃壁吸收的有机磷毒物经血
