连轧生产是很先进的。作为连轧的基本理论——秒流量相等条件已不够用了,它已不能很好地协调发挥各先进的控制系统、机电装备、测试仪表以及电子计算机的作用。因此,要求建立新的连轧理论代替秒流量相等条件。张力是连轧过程中的纽带,抓住张力这个主要矛盾对连轧关系的解剖分析,推导出连轧张力公式:和稳态张力公式:σ=q/m式中 q 为当量秒流量差;m 是连轧模数,即张力与当量秒流量差成正比。它反映了连轧中张力与金属流量之间因果关系,称之为连轧定律,进而提出大胆设想:是否可以用连轧定律代替秒流量相等条件。
Rolling production is very advanced. As the basic theory of continuous rolling - equal to the second flow rate is not enough, it can not coordinate well play all advanced control systems, mechanical and electrical equipment, test instruments and computer functions.
