1994年1月至1996年9月我院收治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病82例,治愈出院74例。随访63例(85.1％),男41例,女22例。按第四届全国新生儿学术会议修订诊断标准,其中重度12例,中度21例,轻度30例。另以50例同期出生正常婴儿(男27例,女23例)为对照组,两组小儿的父母情况和家庭境况相似。随访时年龄3月至3周岁。结果为两组小儿的
From January 1994 to September 1996, 82 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were admitted to our hospital and 74 cases were cured and discharged. Follow-up 63 cases (85.1%), 41 males and 22 females. According to the Fourth National Neonatal Academic Conference revised diagnostic criteria, including 12 cases of severe, moderate in 21 cases, mild in 30 cases. Another 50 cases of normal infants born at the same period (27 males and 23 females) as the control group, the two groups of children’s parents and family circumstances similar.
