消防安全重点单位的监督管理一直是公安消防部门的工作重点。面对改革开放不断深化的新形势,尤其是在社会主义市场经济体制逐步替代传统计划经济体制的过程中,消防重点监督管理工作遇到了许多亟待解决的新情况、新问题。杭州市江干区消防大队依据《中华人民共和国消防法》及其浙江省实施办法和公安部《消防监督检查规定》,从自己实际出发,不断探索新形势下消防重点单位的监督管理模式。
The supervision and management of the key units of fire safety has always been the focus of work of the public security and fire department. Faced with the new situation of deepening reform and opening up, especially in the process of gradually replacing the traditional planned economic system with the socialist market economic system, many important new problems and new problems have to be solved. Hangzhou Jianggan District Fire Brigade based on the “Fire Law of the People’s Republic of China” and its implementation measures in Zhejiang Province and the “Ministry of Public Security Fire Supervision and Inspection Regulations”, starting from their own reality, and constantly explore the new situation under the supervision and management of key fire units.
