介绍了在汶川地震中东方汽轮机有限公司的工业建筑的典型震害情况,并进行了简要分析。通过震害调查和分析表明:在地震烈度9~10度震区,单层厂房的屋盖系统、柱子、钢支撑和维护结构均有不同程度的损坏;重屋盖的单层厂房大多震害严重,轻屋盖的单层厂房震害相对轻微;经过良好抗震设计的多、高层钢筋混凝土框架建筑未发生倒塌;砖混结构的生产辅助用房损害严重。本文分析的结果可供新建工业建筑的抗震设计和震后维修加固参考。
This paper introduces the typical earthquake damage of Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. in the Wenchuan earthquake and gives a brief analysis. According to the survey and analysis of earthquake damage, it shows that in the earthquake area of 9 ~ 10 degree of seismic intensity, the roof system, pillar, steel support and maintenance structure of single-storey factory have different degrees of damage; Severe and light-roofed buildings with single roof damage are relatively mild. After good seismic design, the high-rise reinforced concrete frame buildings did not collapse; the auxiliary buildings with brick-concrete structures were seriously damaged. The results of this paper can be used as a reference for seismic design and post-quake repairs of new industrial buildings.
