新中国成立以来特别是实施改革开放的发展政策以来,中国的经济稳步快速发展。经济的组织形式也发生了很大变化。在保持原有公有制经济主体地位不变的情况下,私有制经济也得到了健康稳定的发展。随之而来的问题和矛盾也不断出现,引起社会各界的广泛关注。企业对劳动工资的分配以及社会保险的管理方面存在的问题就是其中之一,如果不能及时有效的得到解决不但会对企业个体的长足发展不利,也会影响社会主义建设的整体成果。二者之间是相互依存、相互制约的关系。
Since the founding of New China, especially since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up, China’s economy has seen steady and rapid growth. The economic organization has undergone great changes. While maintaining the original status of the mainstay of the public-owned economy, the private-owned economy has also enjoyed sound and steady growth. The ensuing problems and contradictions also continue to emerge, causing widespread concern in the community. One of the problems in the distribution of labor wages and the management of social insurance is one of them. If it can not be solved in a timely and effective manner, it will not only adversely affect the rapid development of individual enterprises, but also affect the overall achievements of socialist construction. The two are interdependent and mutually restrictive.
