展览名称:冰魂雪魄——廖冰兄艺术回顾暨捐赠作品展展览时间:2011年3月12日至3月19日廖冰兄(1915—2006)原名东生,1915年生于广州。1932年起开始发表漫画,1935年高中师范科毕业后当过小学教员。1938年参加军委会政治部第三厅领导的漫画宣传队。抗战期间曾先后在广州、重庆等地举办漫画展览。1947年到香港,加入革命美术团体“人间画会”。1950年回广州,历任广州市文联编辑出版部部长,华南文艺学院教授,广东木偶剧团美术设计,广州市文联副主席,中国美术家协会广东分会副主席,广州漫画学会名誉会长。
Exhibition Name: Ice soul soul - Liao Bingzhu art review and donated works Exhibition time: March 12, 2011 to March 19 Liao ice brother (1915-2006) formerly known as the East Health, born in 1915 in Guangzhou. Comics began to be published in 1932, 1935, after graduating from high school teacher division primary school teacher. In 1938, he joined the comic propaganda team led by the third hall of the Political Department of the Military Commission. During the War of Resistance Against Japan had held comic exhibitions in Guangzhou, Chongqing and other places. In 1947 to Hong Kong, joined the revolutionary art group “human painting ”. Back to Guangzhou in 1950, served as Guangzhou City Federation of literary and art circles editor and publisher, professor of South China University of the Arts, Guangdong Puppet Theater art design, vice chairman of Guangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles, vice chairman of the Chinese Artists Association of Guangdong Branch honorary president of Guangzhou Cartoon Association.
